WOMEN’S Weight training workshops
TRU PT WILL be hosting weight training workshopS for women this FALL! participants will learn CONFIDENCE and KNOWLEDGE in the following:
Nutrition surrounding a weight training program
Weight room etiquette
How to put together a split weight training workout program
Form and function for upper body and lower body workouts
How to lift properly and load proper form to prevent injury
How to progress a weight training program
And more!
Sessions will be presented by Dr. Tamra Bullard, PT, DPT, CPT owner of Anytime Fitness Colleyville and Tru Physical Therapy and Wellness. She has over 30 years of weight training experience, is a former figure competitor and has been practicing as a physical therapist for 23 years.
Workshops will be held at Anytime Fitness Colleyville, located at 8300 Precinct Line Road in Colleyville.
$210 TOTAL PER 3-DAY SESSION
5 participants per session maximum to allow for proper attention and hands-on instruction.
