Women's Weight Training Workshop

WOMEN’S Weight training workshops

TRU PT WILL be hosting A weight training workshop for women this summer! participants will learn CONFIDENCE and KNOWLEDGE in the following: 

  • Nutrition surrounding a weight training program

  • Weight room etiquette

  • How to put together a split weight training workout program 

  • Form and function for upper body and lower body workouts

  • How to lift properly and load proper form to prevent injury

  • How to progress a weight training program

  • And more!

This three-week session will be presented by Dr. Tamra Bullard, PT, DPT, CPT owner of Anytime Fitness Colleyville and Tru Physical Therapy and Wellness. She has over 30 years of weight training experience, is a former figure competitor and has been practicing as a physical therapist for 23 years. 

Workshop will be held every Saturday morning for three weeks at Anytime Fitness Colleyville, located at 8300 Precinct Line Road in Colleyville.

$185/session

5 Participants per Session Maximum to allow for proper attention and hands-on instruction.
