Teen Weight training workshop registration page
TRU PT WILL be hosting 3-day weight training workshops for young women this summer beginning in June! participants will learn CONFIDENCE and KNOWLEDGE in the following:
Nutrition surrounding a weight training program
Weight room etiquette
How to put together a split weight training workout program
Form and function for upper body and lower body workouts
How to lift properly and load proper form to prevent injury
How to progress a weight training program
And more!
These sessions will be presented by Dr. Tamra Bullard, PT, DPT, CPT owner of Anytime Fitness Colleyville and Tru Physical Therapy and Wellness. She has over 30 years of weight training experience, is a former figure competitor and has been practicing as a physical therapist for 23 years.
$185/session (sibling discounts available)
5 Participants per Session Maximum to allow for proper attention and hands-on instruction.
